Each and everyone of us walks amongst mirrors. These mirrors are strangers, friends, plants, animals, or inanimate objects, and are all reflections of our individual behaviors. Generally, it catches the attention when it reflects back as something quite...irritating. For example, you may become frustrated when in line at the grocery store and the cashier, doing his happy little job, catches up on personal life with the person in front of you...every.single.person. Then the bagger is waiting to push out the packed cart and the two of them are carrying-on as if they're old childhood friends. All you'd like to do is pay for your 11 items and be on your way to an engagement of which you're already running behind time. When your mirrors reflect something back and it catches your attention, try stepping in to "witness" mode. Observe your response to the situation and see what you are able to take out of it, the positive and the negative. Conduct self-research as to why you are reacting is a great start to dissolving the gunky baggage held in the mental, physical, and emotional bodies. Lightness feels pretty good, eh?
