Gentle & Restorative Yoga
Give yourself permission to take care of you. I present to you a gentle hatha-style yoga practice to reflect on what is "love"...of self, of others, of the world we live in.
I encourage you to move consciously and slowly through the poses, connect them with the purification of breath, and relax into the stillness of the silent moments. Although we come together as a group, it is an individual practice because you work within your present-day ability. Get ready to explore how the various factors of life either work for or against your mind-body balance.

yourself an open mind desire to explore you sticky mat props. for support (and snoring help!) *yoga bricks, neckties, blanket, pillow, face towel, etc. water wear appropriate clothing that lets you move easily cash or check for payment
